As we continue to closely monitor the impacts from COVID-19, we remain confident in our ability to host a fully operational, in-person event and reconnect with our practitioner community in Phoenix, AZ, for our Clinical Applications of Scientific Innovation (CASI) on October 28-30, 2021.
In these unprecedented times, we remain more committed than ever to providing the highest degree of transparency and information to our delegates, and we continue to prioritize the health and safety of all guests, vendor partners, and staff by adapting our policies to build more confidence and trust in our event.
We have continued to work closely with the Arizona Biltmore Hotel, and we are following the state and local guidelines. Based on the feedback we have received, we are enhancing our safety measures and implementing the following protocols for our event:
Attendees will be required to present a negative Covid-19 test result as part of the Health & Safety protocol at the conference, which will apply to all individuals, both vaccinated and unvaccinated. We have partnered with Inspire Diagnostics to provide at-home COVID tests (at no out-of-pocket cost) to each attendee prior to arrival. More information will be sent to you in the coming days. However, any other type of COVID test will also be accepted.
Hand sanitizer stations will be set up throughout the hotel and in all public areas. Extra stations will be set up around the CASI conference space and exhibition areas.
Masks will be provided.
Social distancing wristbands will be provided to allow attendees to easily communicate their comfort level with personal contact

Air Filtration: The Arizona Biltmore Hotel is following the CDC guidelines for the HVAC systems in their meeting spaces, public areas, and guest rooms. The hotel continues to provide a clean environment by:
◦ Replacing and upgrading all HVAC Filters
◦ Completing preventative maintenance on all HVAC equipment and keeping them regularly cleaned ◦ Increasing outside ventilation wherever possible by 50% or more
Hotel Check-in and Check-out Procedures: For Hilton Honors members, the hotel will provide guests with a keyless entry if you have the Hilton Honors app downloaded to access your digital key. Non-member guests will need to pick up their key from the Front Desk.

Refund / Cancellation Policy* If DFH postpones or cancels this Event, the attendee has the right to a full refund. Attendee withdrawal from the Event and full refund are only possible if the Organizer receives notification in writing by September 15, 2021. If notification of withdrawal and reason for withdrawal are not submitted in writing and received by the Organizer by September 15, 2021, then the attendee will forfeit all payments made up to the date of withdrawal notification.
*If your COVID test provides a positive result, your registration for CASI will be fully refunded.
